Sally (she/her) earned her Master of Social Science Administration from Case Western Reserve University. She has received her supervisor designation. Sally is passionate about working with ADHD, depression, anxiety, and low-self esteem. She is also experienced in women’s health, caregiver stress, and grief. Sally works with individuals who struggle with anger management, stress and overwhelm, and cancer diagnoses.

Sally is trained as a Substance Use Disorder Specialist.

Sally is diagnosed with ADHD and Autism with gifted characteristics. Her passion is people and helping them sort through life issues, think outside of the box, and reframe their negative perceptions and self-talk. Sally considers herself to be open and affirming, and nonjudgmental. She believes that meaningful activities and interests better your defense against addiction and despair.
