Leslie (she/her) earned her Master of Social Work from Fordham University. She provides telehealth services. Leslie enjoys working with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief and loss, stress, trauma, body image concerns, difficulties with emotional regulation, and women's mental health. She is passionate about helping individuals better understand themselves, navigate life's challenges, and develop effective coping skills that support lasting growth and change. She strives to create a supportive, collaborative environment where clients feel heard, understood, and welcomed.
Leslie has over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, including 5+ years facilitating skills-based group therapy an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). She uses an integrative approach that incorporates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, psycho-education, and skills-based interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs.
