Jessica McDonough, M.A., LPC

Jessica (she/her) earned her Master of Arts in Counseling and Art Therapy from Ursuline College. She is passionate about helping individuals build self-awareness, learn effective coping skills, establishing healthy boundaries, both with the self and others, and instilling a sense of empowerment and resilience.
Jessica has additional training as a Provisional Art Therapist (ATR-P), is Certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (C-DBT), and is a Certified MARI Practitioner. She is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Jessica is under the supervision of Rachel Scarponi, M.Ed., LPCC-S.

Jessica was born in New Orleans and raised in the southeastern corner of Louisiana. She enjoys Cajun Creole, traveling, and good cuisine. Jessica also likes spending her free time making art, listening to music, and dancing. Her other hobbies include camping, fishing, and hunting.
