About Fauzia:
She believes therapy should feel like a collaborative and safe space where you can show up authentically without fear of judgment. Seeking support takes courage, and she deeply values building a trusting relationship where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported.
Fauzia’s approach is warm, practical, and compassionate while also helping clients challenge unhelpful patterns and move toward meaningful change. She strives to meet each client where they are, recognizing that healing is not one-size-fits-all.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring meaningful conversations, and creating moments of connection and joy. Fauzia values authenticity, growth, and helping others find clarity and resilience through life’s challenges.
