About Chris:
Chris’s approach to therapy is to address the life issues that interfere with our inner peace and/or ability to be our "best selves". She seeks to support clients to learn from life experiences and to better understand themselves, their goals and aspirations, and to understand their emotions and reactions to live life with intentionality and purpose. She encourages clients to practice mindfulness and non-judgmental self-exploration, and to learn and grow in their journey.
