Carla (she/her) is pursuing her Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Kent State University. She provides both in-person and telehealth counseling services. Carla enjoys working with children, adolescents, and emerging adults as they navigate life's challenges and discover their strengths. She is passionate about supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, trauma, relationship challenges, and LGBTQ+ related concerns. Carla believes that therapy is a collaborative process, and she works to create a welcoming, supportive space where clients feel comfortable being themselves, exploring their experiences, and building the tools they need to move forward with confidence.
Carla is under the supervision of Jennifer Waugh, Ph.D., LPCC-S, LICDC.
