About Amanda:

Outside of sessions, she enjoys reading, listening to music, walking with her dog, practicing yoga, and playing video games with her partner. People who know her would describe her as compassionate and down to earth, and she tries to bring that same energy into the counseling space. She believes therapy can (and should) include moments of creativity, laughter, and genuine connection. Her hope is that every person who walks out of a session with her feels heard, validated, and a little more empowered than when they walked in.
